Human buildings 2 (Comte d'Urgell)
27/11/08 15:52
Yesterday didn’t have enough time to post the
second part of “the human buildings” post... I guess
the time is now.
Here’s a human castle made by two inspiring and unique Barcelona artists.
Comte d’Urgell = Jordi Ferreiro + Carlos Carbonell.
...and some colourful compositions in progress for Universal Circus’ record “Hello Sunshine”.
------------------------------
*and last but not least...
Gallant Tales, the new e-shop by Alan The Gallant is being featured all across the world wide web!
Thanks everyone for spreading the love! :)

Aerial views have always been a debility for me.
When I tried Google Earth for the first time I got addicted to it!
...now I’m not addicted anymore but I can asure you that still love images from above.
And now let me show you Ian Hundley’s amazing “aerial” patchworked kilts
and GEO GOO (Info Park) the last Jodi project.
Do you feel the vertigo?
;)

Netdiver B-SIDES... part 1
15/09/08 23:25
Yesterday finished my “TOP 10 Contemporary Pattern
Selection” for Netdiver’s 10 year
Anniversary.*
I’ve enjoyed every minute of doing it (and I discovered how much I love curating!) but the hard time comes with choosing just 10 designs among so many beautiful patterns being created everyday... so I thought about posting some “Netdiver Anniversary selection B-SIDES”...
*Soon Netdiver is revamping their whole site, adding new contents and special features to celebrate their 10 years of life as an international arts & design reference website, stay tune for more info. :)
SO LET’S BEGIN WITH A CONTEMPORARY PATTERN ALTERNATIVE SELECTION:
Artist Michael Lin creates fantastic gigantic floral patterns on Contemporary Art Spaces (I saw one of them at Palais de Tokyo for real and I couln’t stop taking pictures of it).
...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Albert Sjostam’s monochrome patterns are geometric and brilliant. Love them.
...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Thematical patterns by illustrator Hennie Haworth
...MORE TO COME SOON, promise!!!
have a great monday :)
